16 October 2010: Plant Heritage Talks and Lunch

Saturday 16th October At Marwood Hill Garden Tea Room 10.30 coffee on arrival 11.00 A trip to South America with the Alpine Garden Society - an illustrated talk by Malcolm Pharoah to see the mountainous flora of the Andes. 12.00am Walk around the garden followed by lunch in the Tea Room. 2.00pm Talk by Jonathan Hutchinson (holder of the national collection of Scadoxus) on his experiences of a trip to south west Ethiopia to see Scadoxus nutans in its natural forest habitat. Friday 24th September 10am 4.30 at the Garden Tea Room. Come and join us and help raise funds for this very good cause.

05 September 2010: Visit our stand at the Plant Fair at RHS Rosemoor

Sunday 5th September RHS Rosemoor 10am - 3pm Come and visit our stand and talk to our staff at the fair. Wide range of plants available from West Country nurseries and Plant Heritage members. Saturday 20th February 10.30am Talk by Peter Lindley: 'Plant Hunting on the edge of the World. In search of the Chatham Island Forget-me-Not' Walk around the gardens followed by lunch in the tea room. Talk by Paul Bygrave: 'A year at Forde Abbey' with slides and plants.
